Location: Tyseley
Aspire People in Tyseley is seeking dedicated 1:1 SEND support staff for pupils with EHCPs in mainstream secondary schools. The role involves supporting pupils in lessons, during transitions, and at unstructured times like breaks or lunch.
The ideal candidates will be reliable, emotionally resilient, and comfortable working closely with the same pupil daily. Previous experience with EHCP pupils is highly desirable. Join Aspire People and contribute to the welfare and support of pupils.
