Russell Group Graduate Barnet September 2026 Start

Are you a Russell Group Graduate looking for your first step into education? This role is ideal for a Russell Group Graduate who wants meaningful, hands‑on classroom experience, supporting students with autism and moderate learning needs. If you are a Russell Group Graduate seeking impact, purpose, and progression, this opportunity is designed for you.

A Russell Group Graduate joining this school will be working across KS3‑KS5, supporting students with Autism (ASD) and MLD to access learning, build independence, and develop confidence in a structured, nurturing environment.

This is a long‑term role from September 2026 to July 2027, giving any Russell Group Graduate consistency, training, and real classroom development over a full academic year.
