Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and high‑quality Spanish lessons, fostering a love of languages and culture.
- Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with the Modern Foreign Languages curriculum, ensuring lessons meet the needs of all learners.
- Use effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and adapt teaching to support continual improvement.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, promoting high standards of behaviour, enthusiasm for learning, and confidence in speaking French.
- Maintain a secure knowledge and understanding of your subject and related pedagogy to enable you to teach effectively at the Academy.
Pay range: MPS/UPS: £32,916 - £51,048
Qualifications and Skills- Qualified teacher status or recognised equivalent
- Degree in subject specialism
- Ability to teach ‘good or outstanding’ lessons
- Effective classroom management
