Fortis Academy, part of the Shaw Education Trust, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team on a long‑term, full‑time basis. You will supervise classes across the school when teachers are absent, with a particular focus on supporting the Maths department.

You will work closely with subject staff to deliver pre‑planned lessons, maintain a productive learning environment, and act as a positive role model for our students.

• Supervising classes across the school in the absence of the class teacher
• Supporting and delivering pre‑planned lessons, particularly within Maths
• Maintaining a calm, focused, and positive classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with students and staff
• Contributing to the wider life of the school community

• A graduate in Maths or a closely related discipline
• A passion for working with young people and supporting their learning
