About the Role
Ladypool Primary School is a small, happy, vibrant and diverse primary school with a nursery.
We are seeking a talented, experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Office Manager to lead our hard‑working office team, starting on 1st September 2026.
Full-time, permanent. 36.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Term time only + one week.
Salary: £28,598 – £34,434.

- Demonstrate previous administrative experience
- Communicate effectively with parents, pupils, visitors and staff
- Remain calm and positive under pressure
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of a management information system
- Be responsible for all aspects of pupil data management and statistical returns (e.g., Admissions, Pupil Census, Free School Meal Administration)
- Work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
- Show excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
- Be reliable
- Use initiative to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
