Location: Tyseley
Aspire People is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant for a male pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder at a primary school in Stechford. This full-time position starts in September, focusing on providing individual support with learning and behaviour throughout the school day.
The ideal candidate should have experience with SEND, particularly ASD, and possess the capability to manage challenging behaviours while building positive relationships. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's educational experience.
