We are seeking motivated and reliable Secondary Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities- Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects
- Assisting students with their learning, both individually and in groups
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Providing support to students with additional needs where required
- Encouraging student engagement and participation
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A proactive and flexible approach
