Deputy Headteacher £55,746 - £67,897 (L4-L12) Permanent, Birmingham.
OverviewWe are seeking a Deputy Head Teacher to support the Head Teacher in driving academic standards, culture and long‑term success for our school. The role requires strong leadership, clear strategy and a commitment to pupil outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire staff while ensuring all actions benefit the children.
- Collaborate with the Head Teacher on operational and strategic planning.
- Support growth across the school, driving standards, culture and long‑term success.
- Communicate effectively with staff, governors, parents and students.
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a Deputy or same role.
- Strong understanding of teaching and learning; experience in classroom settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- Commitment to leadership, pupil outcomes and school success.
