Position: Teaching Assistant Level 3 (Passion for Early Years) - Barr View Primary Academy

We're looking for an enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children to thrive academically, socially and emotionally, while working alongside talented colleagues in a welcoming and ambitious school community. For the 26-27 Academic year we are looking for a TA with a passion for Early Years but the potential to be deployed in other year groups, if needed.

The Role

Working closely with teachers and leaders, you will:

  • Support high-quality teaching and learning in Early Years and across the school
  • Deliver small group and individual interventions
  • Promote children's independence, confidence and wellbeing
  • Help create an engaging, stimulating learning environment
  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs where appropriate
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

Hours:32.5 hours per week - Term Time Only

Grade:Grade B SCP 12 - 23 - £28,598 - £34,434 (Actual salary £21,805 - £26,619 p.a.)
