We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Lecturer to support students in a college setting. This role involves delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons to learners studying GCSE Maths and Functional Skills Maths, helping them develop confidence and achieve their academic goals.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Maths (GCSE and Functional Skills).
• Teach core mathematical skills including number, algebra, geometry, and statistics.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to support different learning styles and abilities.
• Support students resitting GCSE Maths to improve their grades and confidence.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.

• Able to understand the needs of students and support them in achieving their potential.
• Experience teaching Maths within a Further Education, Secondary School, or Adult Learning setting.
• Strong subject knowledge of GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths.
• Patient, adaptable, and resilient.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive teaching environment.
