Mainstream secondary schools are seeking dedicated 1:1 SEND support staff for pupils with EHCPs, primarily linked to ASD, ADHD and SEMH.

You’ll be supporting pupils:

In lessons
During transitions
At unstructured times (break/lunch)

We need people who are:

Reliable and consistent
Emotionally resilient
Comfortable working closely with the same pupil daily

Previous experience with EHCP pupils in secondary settings is highly desirable.
