Erdington Academy is a vibrant school in Birmingham, and we are looking for an expert practitioner to join our successful senior team as Associate Assistant Principal – Maths and provide strategic leadership to the Maths Department.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategically leading the Faculty to ensure strong academic outcomes for students
Supporting all staff in understanding the needs of pupils and achieving priorities and targets in line with the Academy Improvement Plan
