We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic Subject Leader of Drama who is also able to teach English. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious teacher with the passion, vision and leadership skills to develop Drama within our school while contributing to our successful English department.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of Drama, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning that inspires students to develop creativity, confidence and performance skills. Alongside leading Drama, you will teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced English team.
Qualifications- Excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all students.
- Ability to inspire a love of Drama and English.
- Vision and enthusiasm to lead and develop the Drama curriculum.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to raising achievement and improving outcomes for all learners.
- Contribution to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities, including school productions and performances.
