Cover Supervisor

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity within Windsor Academy Trust. We are seeking to appoint a Cover supervisor who will supervise whole classes in the absence of the class teacher to support teaching and learning, providing specialist support to the class teacher in an aspect of the curriculum, age range and additional needs at Windsor Olympus Academy in line with the vision and values of Windsor Academy Trust.

You’ll need the commitment and passion and energy to make our vision for Olympus a reality in the local community.

Olympus is a free school that opened in Sandwell in September 2023, recruiting 180 students from Sandwell and Birmingham. The school caters for students aged 11 to 16. It opened with Year‑7 students only, as a six‑form entry school and now have 3 cohorts of students from Year 7 - Year
9. Olympus will grow year‑on‑year to provide education for 900 students after five years.
