City Academy Norwich is seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our expanding SEND Department as Learning Support Assistants. You will provide adaptive and personalised learning support for students with diverse needs and contribute to a caring, inclusive environment where every learner can thrive.
This role includes in-class support, small-group or 1:1 interventions, and work within specialist Nurture classrooms, the Cognition & Learning Base, or the SEMH Base.
