Teaching Personnel in Bournemouth is offering a two-year paid teacher training programme starting September 2026, with a starting salary of £24,000 and employment from day one. You will complete PGCE and qualify as a teacher while gaining hands-on school experience.
Year 1 is Cover Supervisor in a Bournemouth school, delivering pre-planned lessons and building classroom confidence under a mentor;
Year 2 moves you to Trainee Teacher, progressing into Initial Teacher Training while continuing
