Long Term Futures are recruiting a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Edgbaston, Birmingham from September 2026. The role involves supporting KS1 pupils through whole-class work, small group interventions and targeted SEN provision to build confidence in phonics and numeracy.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 STL, KS1 experience, strong communication and behaviour management, and a passion for early learning.
