B31 TA - Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Reception to Year
6)

• Support children across all primary age groups (Reception to Year
  6).
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and wellbeing.

• Has experience working with children (preferred but not essential).
• Is caring, enthusiastic, and reliable.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to helping every child achieve their potential.
