Teacher Active is partnering with a nurturing Birmingham school to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a long‑term maternity cover starting September.
You will work across the school to implement planned learning activities, support pupils with additional needs, promote independence and help students overcome barriers to learning. You’ll collaborate with teaching staff to support individual education plans and classroom progress.
