Aspire People is recruiting a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated 1:1 Reception Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the B14 area from September. This rewarding role involves supporting a Reception‑aged pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the classroom environment. The school has a low level of behaviour management, creating a calm and supportive setting.

Personal care is an essential part of this role, so applicants must be comfortable providing this support with patience and compassion.
