Teacher Active is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a Birmingham school on a long-term maternity cover basis from September. You will support pupils across the school by implementing planned learning activities, assisting children with additional needs and promoting independence.
The role involves collaboration with teaching staff to support IEPs and behavior strategies, helping overall pupil progress while maintaining an inclusive learning environment.
