Psychology Graduate

Overview

The Education Network is seeking a Psychology Graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant at a welcoming SEND school in Birmingham. The temporary role runs from September
2026 to July
2027, with pay ranging from £85 to £100 per day.

• Support Key Stage3 and 4 pupils with special educational needs in 1‑to‑1 and small‑group settings.
• Assist students in engaging with lesson objectives and reaching their full potential.
• Collaborate with experienced teachers and teaching assistants to develop instructional strategies.
• Provide a nurturing, positive learning environment and act as a compassionate role model for all children.

• Recent graduate with a degree in Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine interest in child development.
• Desirable: previous experience working with children on voluntary or paid roles.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt to individual learner needs.

• Daily pay of £85–£100.
