Star Academies in Birmingham East is seeking an Assistant SENDCO to support SEND provision, help design IHC and EHC plans, and work with class teachers to ensure pupils with SEND access a full and well‑rounded curriculum.
The role requires SEND experience, a track record of improving attainment, the ability to manage priorities, and the skill to deputise for the SENDCO when needed to drive improvement.
