GSL Education - Chelmsford in Southend-on-Sea is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEND across a range of needs, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD and more.
You will work with experienced SEN teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning plans, 1:1 and small group interventions, and strategies to improve communication, independence and confidence.
The role offers CPD, safeguarding training and a clear path for progression in a specialist SEN environment.
