What

you'll be doing
  • Working one to one and with small groups to support pupils with SEN as they access learning.
  • Building trust with pupils who may take time to let you in.
  • Helping children stay regulated and engaged through the school day.
  • Keeping teachers and the SENCO in the loop as part of a joined-up team.
  • Helping pupils with needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language difficulties.
  • Contributing to an inclusive, welcoming classroom.
What we're looking for
  • Warmth, patience and the ability to build genuine relationships.
  • Around six months or more supporting children or young people.
  • Clear, kind communication with pupils and staff.
  • Comfort working across mainstream, SEN or alternative provision.
  • A degree in psychology or a related subject is advantageous, though it isn't essential.
  • Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced TA, you're encouraged to get in touch.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a school setting.
