SMART Education Recruitment is helping a specialist post-16 SEND college in Aston recruit a Teaching Assistant for starting September 2026. You will support learners with complex needs, helping them access learning in a safe, inclusive setting and develop independence and communication skills throughout the college day.
You'll work with teaching staff and therapists within a multidisciplinary team, providing personal care, mobility support, and tailored learning approaches.
