Aspire People is recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work across a wide network of secondary schools throughout Birmingham and Solihull.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in schools while developing behaviour management, communication and classroom leadership skills.

• Daily supply work

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Supervise classes in the teacher's absence
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour
• Keep students engaged and on task
• Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies
• Cover a variety of secondary subjects

• Degree‑educated graduates
• Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
• Positive role models with a professional attitude
• Reliable and flexible individuals
• Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
