Aspire People is recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support secondary schools across Birmingham and Solihull.
We are looking for confident, resilient individuals who can build positive relationships with young people, support behaviour in and out of the classroom, and help pupils engage successfully with their education.
Whether your background is in education, youth work, coaching, social care or another people-focused role, we'd like to hear from you.

- Support students with behaviour and engagement
- Build positive relationships with pupils
- Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff
- Deliver targeted interventions where required
- Promote positive behaviour across the school
- Help maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Experience working with young people is desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Calm, resilient and professional approach
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour confidently
- Education, youth work, coaching, care or mentoring experience welcomed
- £100-£120 per day
- Flexible opportunities across Birmingham and Solihull

- Dedicated support from a specialist Secondary Consultant
