Saltley Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Mentor to work within our strong pastoral team, supporting students who face behavioural and engagement barriers. You will help students access high-quality inclusive education and build a culture of belonging within the academy.
Working closely with the Behaviour Support Manager and teaching staff, you will track provision, promote positive conduct, and support students’ academic progress and personal development.
