Milk Education is partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Barnet to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join the pastoral support team. You will work to support students’ wellbeing, attendance and behaviour, helping pupils engage with their learning journey.
The role includes 1:1 and small-group interventions, building positive relationships, and supporting personal development while safeguarding and promoting a positive school culture.
