Education Impact Academy Trust in Birmingham is seeking a Level 3 Workplace Mentor / Job Coach to support learners with SEND as they prepare for adulthood through work placements and community experiences.
You will mentor individuals and small groups, provide pastoral support, assist with physical care when required, and work closely with the work placement team to meet each student’s learning goals.
