PPA Cover Teacher – BDMAT Trust Schools

Pay: £150 – £210 per day

Connex Education is proud to be recruiting PPA Cover Teachers to work across a number of welcoming and well-established schools within the BDMAT Trust in Wolverhampton and Walsall.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible teaching work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with both day-to-day and long-term positions available from September. We also have full-time teaching opportunities for those looking for a more involved classroom role with planning, preparation, and assessment responsibilities.

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Provide high-quality classroom teaching during PPA cover sessions
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders
• Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Ensure pupils remain focused, motivated, and on task throughout lessons

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils and contributing to school communities
