We are recruiting on behalf of a highly supportive specialist school in Birmingham for an outstanding SEND Teacher to work with students with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Complex Needs and communication needs.

I love working with this school as staff feel supported and the children are always smiling!The Role:As a SEND Teacher, you will lead a class of students with additional needs, delivering highly personalised learning tailored to EHCP outcomes and individual development goals.

You will create a safe, engaging and nurturing classroom environment that supports students academically, socially and emotionally while helping them build independence, confidence and life skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging personalised lessons
• Adapt teaching to meet a range of SEND including Autism, SLD and complex needs
• Set individual learning targets linked to EHCP outcomes
• Support communication, literacy, numeracy, emotional regulation and independence
