Arden University is seeking a Student Hub Advisor to join the Student Experience team at our Birmingham campus. The role is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with 37 hours per week and a 5-day work pattern that includes up to two evenings and periodic Saturday shifts during the semester.
The role focuses on delivering excellent student support across channels and contributing to a positive student experience.
