• Design & Deliver: Create and implement engaging learning & development programmes aligned with organisational needs and College of Policing Learning Outcomes.
• Manage Learners:
  Guide and support students in their learning journey, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather insights and integrate best practises in training.
• Course Material Review:
