Long Term Futures are recruiting for two dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join a welcoming primary school in Northfield, Birmingham (B31), rated 'Good' by Ofsted, from September 2026.

These full-time positions involve supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD, behavioural challenges and additional learning needs.

With an experienced SEN team, supportive leadership and well-established intervention spaces, the school provides an excellent environment for Behaviour Mentors who are passionate about making a difference to children's lives and helping them succeed both academically and socially.

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils across Key Stage 2
• Support children with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, behavioural needs and other additional learning needs
• Deliver interventions focused on emotional regulation, social skills, resilience and positive behaviour
