We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and specialist school in Birmingham for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils with Autism, SEMH needs, communication difficulties and complex learning needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is caring, resilient and committed to helping children thrive both academically and personally in a highly supportive environment.The Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and wider professionals to provide tailored support to pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, build confidence and achieve their individual targets.

You will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a safe, engaging and positive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:
