This school is looking to appoint a dedicated 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 4 female student.

As a 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support throughout the school day, helping the student to engage with learning, manage emotions and develop the confidence needed to succeed in education. You will act as a mentor, advocate and positive role model, building a trusting relationship that encourages participation, attendance and personal growth.

The role will combine classroom support with mentoring, requiring someone who can adapt their approach to meet the student's individual needs while working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and families. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker or Support Worker who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning.Job Role:
