Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in a variety of secondary schools across Birmingham.

Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for flexibility or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we have opportunities to suit you. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, following the school's curriculum, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students continue to make progress in the absence of their usual teacher.

Vision for Education works with a wide network of secondary schools across Birmingham, including academies, maintained schools and multi-academy trusts. Our partner schools offer welcoming and supportive environments with opportunities for both short-term and long-term placements.

The successful Supply Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A recognised PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within UK secondary schools (placements accepted for ECTs).
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible, professional and positive approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

ECTs are encouraged to apply. Supply teaching is an excellent way to gain experience across different schools while building confidence and developing your career.
