We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting in Acocks Green for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children at the start of their educational journey.

The Role

As a Nursery Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team to ensure the highest standards of care and education.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching within an EYFS or Nursery setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
