Role: EYFS Teaching Assistant
Rate of pay: £475 - £500 – Dependant on experience

Connex Education are seeking a proactive and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support young children in a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This role requires someone confident working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including those with additional needs, who can build positive relationships to encourage learning, confidence, and social development. The successful candidate will support children through play-based learning, promote independence, and help create a safe, stimulating classroom environment.
They should be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting each child's individual development, acting as a positive role model within the setting while working closely with the class teacher and wider school team.
