£170-£220 per day (DOE)

A secondary school in South Birmingham is seeking a resilient and confident English Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is a challenging environment with tough behaviour, so the school requires someone who can establish authority quickly, maintain high expectations, and deliver engaging lessons under pressure.
The Role- Teaching English across KS3 and KS4
- Full-time timetable
- Long-term opportunity with potential to continue
- QTS or ECT (both welcome)
- Strong subject knowledge in English
- Proven or confident behaviour management skills
- Able to build rapport and maintain control in a demanding classroom
- Competitive daily rate: £170-£220 depending on experience
