Aspire People Limited is currently recruiting a motivated Careers Advisor to join a welcoming school in the B12 area starting September 2026. You will provide careers guidance, support students with college, university and apprenticeship applications, and deliver workshops and employability sessions.
The role requires strong communication, the ability to motivate young people, and the confidence to work with staff, parents and external organisations.
