Flexible Learning School in Birmingham is seeking a Learning Mentor to support pupils with barriers to learning, build confidence and promote positive outcomes. You will work as part of the pastoral team, fostering inclusive practices and safeguarding. Experience with SEND and SEMH is welcome.
The role is based at our Northfield site, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:30pm, with a competitive salary dependent on experience and opportunities to develop professionally.
