Long Term Futures Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an Inclusion Mentor to support pupils who are disengaged and help reintegrate them into mainstream lessons. The role is full-time, long-term temp-to-perm for the full academic year, with a daily rate of £100-£115 and ASAP start.
You will work with pastoral and safeguarding teams to deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support, maintain high standards, and apply restorative approaches to de-escalate situations.
