The Role
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of secondary schools in Birmingham.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher looking for greater flexibility or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we have a range of supply opportunities available.
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, following pre-set lesson plans where required, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain focused and engaged with their learning.

RequirementsThe successful Supply Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A recognised PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a UK secondary school.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
- A genuine commitment to supporting students and their learning.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
ECTs are welcome to apply! Supply teaching can be a fantastic way to gain experience across different schools, build confidence and develop your teaching practice.
