Aspire People are looking for an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a primary school environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for learning and supporting pupils across Key Stage 2.

• Support teaching and learning across KS2
• Lead lessons and activities when required
• Deliver interventions to individuals and small groups
• Support pupils with their academic and personal development
• Work alongside class teachers and support staff
• Help maintain high standards of behaviour and learning
• Contribute to the wider school community

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Confidence working with groups of pupils
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive and adaptable approach
• A passion for supporting children's education
