Vision for Education is recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker for a specialist college in Birmingham.
You will provide pastoral, emotional and behavioural support to pupils, building positive relationships and delivering one-to-one and small group interventions focused on wellbeing and social development.
Work with teachers, safeguarding leads, SEN staff and families to support attendance and personal development, helping create a safe, inclusive learning environment from September.
