This is a particularly exciting time to join Oscott Manor, the second school who joined the newly established Think Differently Education Trust. We are looking for a Careers & Employability Manager to support SLT in improving, monitoring and evaluating careers education, information, advice and guidance. The role involves providing careers education, information, advice and guidance support and advice to students in line with promoting their future employability. We strive to implement creative teaching strategies to reduce the impact of educational disadvantage, enabling all our Young People to access learning.

You should be passionate about developing and supporting the needs of the whole child and committed to enabling all young people to thrive. We are looking for candidates with at least a Level 3 in a relevant field along with minimum GSCE 4 - 9 in English and Maths, or equivalent.
