Elementa is working with a number of secondary schools across Birmingham to recruit passionate and dedicated English Teachers for a range of permanent and long-term positions.

Our partner schools are committed to delivering high-quality English education and are looking for teachers who can inspire a love of reading, writing and literature while helping students achieve their full potential. You'll have the opportunity to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with some roles also offering Key Stage 5 teaching.
We work with a variety of schools, from well-established community schools to academies, each offering supportive leadership teams, collaborative English departments and excellent opportunities for professional development.
The Role- Teach engaging and well-planned English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools).
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess, monitor and support student progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing success of the English department and wider school community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A passion for English and inspiring young people.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
